Mississippi Michelin

So, I'm in Europe, investigating how the lifestyle compares to Mississippi. Specifically, I'm in Leuven, Belgium, a university town of 100,000 or so about 30 minutes from Brussels. Leuven has two Michelin-starred restaurants. I highly doubt that the same, nor anything similar, can be said of anywhere in Mississippi.
